International P&P costs are:

Standard Charge – £4.50

Raglans & Zip Up hoodies – £5.50

Mugs – £5.50

UK Shipping is by Royal Mail First Class, delivery times for all methods are 1-3 days.

International orders are sent Royal Mail International Standard, and delivery times range from 5-15 days, postage upgrades including tracking and quicker delivery times are available, please enquire before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

As all of our items are made to order we have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks plus shipping time, if you need something urgently or by a certain date please get in touch before ordering, more often than not we will go out of our way to help, but it is best to check with us first to avoid disappointment.

If you need an order by a certain date, I ask that you get in touch to make sure that we can process your order in time, before ordering.

Returns Policy

We advise that you check our Apparel size charts before ordering, and always advise sizing up for maximum wear especially in sizes under one year. If your little one is 5 months old for example we would suggest going for our 6-12m, especially as turnaround times are between 2-3 weeks and they can grow so fast at that age. The opposite applies to our Zip Up Hoodies which run big, so we advise sizing down. Please be aware the sizing in our Sleepsuits is generous, if you are planning a coming home or announcement outfit we would recommend going for Newborn.

Because of the customisation and personalisation of some of our designs, refunds cannot be given on personalised tees. If there is an error with the print or flaw in the garment, we are happy to arrange a return for an exchange or refund, on unworn & unwashed items. This does not apply if you simply change your mind. We are happy to accept exchanges on non personalised designs in the case of a sizing problem.

If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange please CONTACT US within 5 days of receiving your item, exchanges & returns beyond this time frame are not possible.
